3、Scope and characteristics of application
 
This series of products are suitable for defoaming in water phase system of medium and low temperature food. They have the characteristics of low dosage, fast defoaming speed, long antifoaming time, odorless, non-toxic side effects and good acid and alkali resistance.
 
 
4、Usage method
   
Dilute the product into a uniform solution with water or foaming liquid, then add it into the foaming liquid. It can also be directly added. The dosage of the product is generally 0.01 ~1, depending on the use. In the fermentation industry, 0.1 to 1 of the total fermentation broth is added to the fermentation tank with the base material, or in the way of fed-batch after sterilization.
 
 
5、Packaging, storage and transportation
 
1. Use 50 kg polyethylene barrel or 200 kg inner plastic barrel, or change packaging according to user's requirements.
 
2. The product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place to prevent rain and sun exposure. It should not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkali and toxic substances, mixed transportation and stacking.
 
3. Under the above conditions, the product has a storage period of 6 months from the date of production. If there is a small amount of stratification after the storage period is exceeded, the product can continue to be used after mixing uniformly and passing the test, without affecting its effect.
 
4. The goods are transported according to non-dangerous goods.
